Throwback Thursday Tune: Destiny's Child - "No, No, No Pt. 2 Feat. Wyclef Jean

Destiny's Child premiered "No, No, No", the lead single off of their self-titled debut album, on November 11th, 1997. Two versions of the track were released, one featuring Wyclef Jean. The song was certified platinum in February of 1998.

FUN FACT: Prior to debuting their breakout single, Destiny's Child performed at Madison Square Garden during a WBLS concert. My friends and I attended the show because there were other acts we wanted to see perform. Listen, when DC got on stage they were boo'd. At that time, the sold out crowd hadn't heard of DC. Not knowing that one day they would become one of the best selling female groups of all time.
